Our owner Steven Dick, is an experienced bar tender himself, so seeks only quality product.  Steven has been tending bars now for around 13 years, he’s a member of the Hubertus Circle (Jagermeister) and designs cocktails on a regular basis.  He is also an experienced flairer.
